Here are some of the ways in which you can be youthful, fit and control your ageing process:
• Stop smoking- Cut down on your smoking, reduce the amount of cigarettes you have daily by just one at a time.
• Avoid fatty and fried food. Eat low fat snacks and make vegetables and fruit, a part of your every day diet.
• Exercise regularly. You need not hit a gym. Do simple exercises like push ups, sit-ups; use a bicycle or walk to your work place, if it is nearby. Use stairs rather than lifts.
• Have regular sex (if you are married); it makes a difference and gives a youthful radiance to your body. Besides it is a sleep inducer and makes you feel stress free.
• Have good amount of protein food: Two portions of oily fish like sardines or tuna is just good.
• Eat less refined food. Swap white bread with brown bread. Reduce on red meat(if you eat them) and cheese.
• Drink soya milk because it works wonders for your health
• If you face stress or worries, share it with your friends and family. It is not good to bottle them up.
• Watch funny movies or read light-hearted stuff to feel good. Laughter truly is the best medicine.
• Above all, think young. Keep a positive frame of mind. Exercise time-management.
