Diet for Libido Increase


According to legends (not entirely proven scientifically), there are aphrodisiacal foods that heighten one’s arousal. They may not directly increase the libido but they definitely heighten one’s senses and make the mind pleasurably distracted due to the pleasant sharp, sweet scent and mystical aroma. Foods with aphrodisiacal qualities include asparagus, oysters, avocado, carrot, strawberries, truffles, honey, chocolate, vanilla, raspberry, wine, aniseed and coffee.
