Here is how you can get flat stomach without dieting:

1. Eat fruits and vegetables: Go for orange colored fruits and vegetables.  Many actresses when they have to go nude for a movie or strip to minimal wear impress you with their contours. 4. Eat the right fats: You can stay in shape eating monounsaturated fats like Olive Oil and Omega 3 that is found in fish, walnut oil, tofu and flaxseed  Avoid Omega-6 fats found I corn oil, eggs, baked foods and cereals.
