Diverticulitis

Diverticulitis is a condition wherein the diverticuli located anywhere in the digestive system get inflamed or infected, and rupture causing severe pain in the abdominal area accompanied by fever, nausea and changes in the bowel movements.

Treatments for Lower Abdominal Pain in Men

Treatments vary according to the underlying cause; but as relief from the debilitating lower abdominal pain in men, home remedies include drinking plenty of water, avoiding taking pain killers as they can worsen the condition, avoiding eating solid foods, and warm compress on the abdominal area. But most importantly, if the pain still persists medical help should be sought immediately.
