Vitamin D3 is essential for the body because it helps in the improvement of the overall health and also protects it from acquiring chronic diseases. Vitamin D3 is also known as Cholecalciferol or calciol; its structure is quite similar to those of steroids like cortisol, cholesterol and testosterone.  The vitamin itself is secosteroid. IMPORTANCE OF VITAMIN D3

If supplementary food is absent, vitamin d3 can be found elsewhere. A little exposure to the sun for at least ten minutes contributes enough vitamin d3 to the body.  Although people fear of acquiring skin cancer, so the risk of vitamin d3 deficiency is increasing because majority of the population prefer to stay indoors. It is important to remember, when exposing yourself to the sun, allow only forty percent of your body to be exposed to rays; do this early in the morning when the sun rises. Vitamin d3 can also be obtained from fortified milk, cod liver oil, eggs and fish.

The major function of vitamin d3 inside the body is the maintenance of normal levels of phosphorus and calcium in the blood. Vitamin D helps in the taking in of calcium in order to maintain healthy and strong bones. Recent studies show that vitamin D also helps protect the body from acquiring hypertension or high blood pressure, osteoporosis, cancer and other autoimmune illnesses.

VITAMIN D3 DEFICIENCY

Other diseases one can acquire when having vitamin d3 deficiency are osteomalacia and rickets. Rickets happen with children which gives them skeletal deformation. When it comes to adults, osteomalacia is the result – a disease focusing on the weakness of the bones and muscles. Majority of those who are affected by the lack of vitamin d3 are the obese, breastfed infants, elderly and those who are not exposed enough to the sun. Others who are also at risk are individuals who have inflammatory bowel illness such as the Crohn’s disease and fat malabsorption syndrome such as cystic fibrosis.

Rickets

Like mentioned before, this affects the children. The bones that lack enough vitamin d3 have difficulty to normally calcify. This also affects the growth of children. The symptoms of this disease are beaded ribs, spinal curvature and atypical tooth structure, bowed legs, increased cavities, limb or height growth abnormality, decreased strength and tone of the muscle, recurrent fractures of the bones, bone pain, weak tooth enamel, and pelvic deformities.

Osteoporosis

Since vitamin d3 is essential for healthy bones, the lack of it will result to osteoporosis. In order to reduce the risk of osteoporosis, one should either expose themselves under the sunlight for the least of ten minutes or through nutritional and healthy diet by eating foods rich in vitamin d3. Symptoms of osteoporosis are not noticeable at first but they will be when one fractures a weak bone. The vertebrae, hip and wrist bones will likely weaken. In other cases, the patients lose weight and the backs arc because osteoporosis also weakens the spinal vertebrae.

Vitamin D3 deficiency, and its possible complications, can easily be prevented by taking in Vitamin D3-rich foods and soaking in the right amount of beneficial rays of the sun.

  1. A few things i have observed in terms of laptop or computer memory is that often there are specs such as SDRAM, DDR and many others, that must match the specific features of the mother board. If the personal computer’s motherboard is kind of current and there are no os issues, replacing the memory literally takes under an hour or so. It’s among the list of easiest personal computer upgrade techniques one can imagine. Thanks for sharing your ideas.
